Earn credits outside of school? highschool? Please read?

HI! Im in highschool and was wondering if its possible to earn credits outside of school? Not like online highschool, but to take extra cles, and earn credits for them.? I would like to learn another language ( either Japanese, Chinese, or Korean) though my school doesn't offer any of them. If I could prove that I have a certified teacher with a college degree,and that I showed up to a number of cles required and p a test in the end, do you think I could earn extra credits to graduate highschool?. When I went to registration, I asked the lady who was registering me and she said that is a good question, and something I should ask the Vice Principle, which I shall, soon. But do you think I should be able to earn credits this way? If this doesn't make sense, tell me and I'll try and rephrase it :) Thanks

I work in an office environment, but I am a vegetarian and eat fairly healthy, although I've still been steadily gaining a pound here and there. Would wearing ankle weights help to reduce the gaining of weight, even if I were to find 2-3 pound weights instead of 5? I was watching the Title boxing video about punch mitt training, and Jeff Fenech was talking about how a lot of trainers will slap the punch mitts against their fighters hands while they're training them. He explained how this is bad because your oppent will rarely if ever move into your punches, and also it can hurt the fighter's hands. however when I watch training videos of mayweather, and cotto, their trainers still slap the punch mitts against the fighter's hands. You have to use half-tones to create subtle variations in value. I wouldn't say it is easy if you are an amateur. If you are a screen printer then you know about mesh sizes. To do fine gradations of value and tone you need to be working with a finer mesh. You also need to be able to create half-tones with your computer software. Yeah...this could get boring and too detailed. Simple answer is yes, it is difficult.

I swore that I would never do anything extraordinary to ist me with conceiving and I haven't. No fertility testing or med's. No BBT checks, no CM checks, or cervical position checks. I just tried to make sure we BD around the time I believed I would ovulate. I firmly believed that if it were meant to be then it would happen. That's been two and a half years ago and it hasn't happened. I am 40 1/2 years old and am coming to terms with the fact that I probably will never conceive again. I feel so ashamed that I feel so strongly about wanting another baby when I read many of your heartbreaking stories about infertility and miscarriages. Instead of appreciating the gifts I have been given, I have allowed and continue to allow this powerful force to make me feel that my family isn't not complete. I feel like something is missing. It is still all consuming and all I ever think about. I daydream about being pregnant and having a sweet little newborn to love. I am faithful, loyal, loving, understanding and caring to him and respect his family. But his mom is so mean and apathetic. When I met her she was so mean and judgmental. I said " I don't care about her feelings if she does not care about mine." I waited a while about seven months. I lost the weight and my skin cleared up. This past Thursday was my girlfriend’s birthday. By the way, Im 31 years old and she is 26. I wanted to do something special for her and since she likes clical music I decided to treat her with a sold out concert given by a very famous conductor. We went to see a suite from Romeo and Juliet. The concert was magnificent. When the concert ended it was about 10 pm. I asked her what she would like to have to eat. She replied by saying "Chinese". It was kind of late already, and for what I know Chinese restaurants don’t stay open very late. So, we look around and everything is already closed except for some American and Mexican restaurants. So I ask her if she would prefer something else. I ask her if she'd like to go to any of these two restaurants. Well, we go around and around, and I said to her, "I think at this time of the hour maybe we could just eat anything but Chinese" We went to this and that place, and every time we arrived to a place she would say "Do you really want to go there?" At this time I’m thinking that any restaurant is a good choice if it means we are going to be together. Then she tells me, maybe you should take me home. At this time a get a little bit confused, angry and upset, but I don't show it. I just said to her, "ok" I'm driving her back, making conversation about stuff and she barely responds. When we are about to get to her house, I drive to a street were be usually park to talk and be together. As I am driving by, she asks me where I am going. That really gets to me, because I know she knows where I am going, so I just tell her, I’m taking you home. So, I just drove around and took her to her front door. She got out, and I stood beside her and waited until she got in. I know she had to go back home early because she had to go to work early next morning, but still, I know something was not right. She got into her house and I got back in to my car. I waited there like for about ten seconds and left. A few seconds later she calls me and asks me, ”did you really leave? I was like "what"? I told her, “you told me you wanted to go home”, “you got out!” She hangs up the phone and texted me that she couldn’t believe I did this to her on the day of her birthday, that this makes her know how I feel about her. I am just driving back home receiving all of this texts thinking should I reply back. How can she say all of those things, if she knows I really care a lot about her? I decided not to text her back for the rest of the night. Next day I called her and sent her a text telling her that I have received her text messages and read them. I also told her that I only did what she asked me to do which was to take her home, and that I felt sorry she felt that way. I have called her and sent her texts for three days and I haven't heard a word from her. I’m still in her facebook page. Is this really worth my time? Should I called her some more? I just called her and send her a text. I told her that I really need to talk to her, that I need to hear her voice, fix things btw us and that I miss her and that I will be ready to talk to her when she is ready. I also told her that I hope she is ok and to take care. I decided not to call her until she finally decides she wants to talk. I can't continue doing this anymore! What can i do if a payday loan company is taking money from me without me authorizing it. it seems like a scam?

The problem is, they have been deducting $90 every two weeks from my account and I had no info about this company. I finally found some on-line the company name is magnum Z LLC and when i spoke to the one guy over the phone he said i authorized it. kept stumbling on his words and when i asked for a voice record of me authorizing it he said no and i asked why he said cause he said so. he said he would report me to collections and i really don't want that to happen. I paid them more than the loan amount was which was for $300 and they still are taking money out. they said that the $90 are finance charges and that I needed to call to pay down the loan so none of the $90 went to the principal in other words. Is it safe to use a steel tube as a pipe?

I am currently using a vaporizer to ingest pot, and I was wondering if there's any possibility that the hot air that I inhale from the vaporizer could be burning the steel pipe or the screen I use, which is also steel. I ask this because I notice that the screen is a bit darker now that it has been used. There is also a sort of a yellowish tint that is slight but noticeable upon closer inspection. I estimate that the temperature that I am inhaling from the vaporizer in no hotter than 600 degrees farenheit. I understand that this is below the melting point of steel, but could this hot air still be burning the steel and releasing toxic fumes? When I set up the appropriate temperature, the aluminum coils in the vaporizer do turn red.

My guinea pigs eyes always look really watery. they were even bleeding on the bottom a little bit 2 times. she sneezes more than the other guinea pig she lives with but not too often. the other guinea pig seems perefctly fine. i give them hay every other day, they have a fleece hammock in their cage and they have carefresh bedding in their cage. I bought a 6 month MAM pacifier & gave it to my 3 month old & she LOVED it. She has never liked a pacifier before this one. Two year old son has a temper!?

My two year old son has terrible temper tantrums and throws things. He does it when his father doesn't pay attention to him(which my husband does unless he is getting ready or doing something where he can't hold him) He also does it when he doesn't get to go outside, or doesn't get something he wants. He cries for long periods of times when he wakes up and at times if he wakes up during the night. I tried "time out" and still no luck. Cheapest way to fix my lexus skid plate?

So I ran over a curb in my 1992 lexus and it knocked the skid plate loose. It's just the front part, but it dragged along the road until I could pull over and stop to stick it back on with duct tape as a temporary fix. What can I do about it now? First off, I think they over did the whole thing of giving that crap movie Slumdog Millionair , so many awards. I did not like the whole non english India hindu music they had playing! How can I be less of a noob at Half-Life?

I've been playing Half-Life (the original 1998 one) on Steam since around December 2006, and I still get totally slaughtered by upwards of 90% of all people who have been playing the game for more than about two days. I can't aim properly, I can't move properly, and I have no reflexes, hand-eye coordination or sense of proportion. The most common advice I get is to 'just practice', but given that I haven't measurably improved in the last year or so (in fact, in defiance of all known statistical laws, I've arguably gotten WORSE over that time period), that's apparently been just as useless as all the other advice I've gotten so far. I know many other people have managed to get good at this game, and yet I can't see any possible way to achieve that myself; other people don't just move faster than I do, they move faster than I can even THINK. I live in Tennessee and we had nice warm weather so I planted some shrubs and flowers. We then had a big freeze and I woke up to my leaves wilted on my plants and my flowers dead. The best that you can hope for is that the data is still there. Pull the harddrive from your computer. Find a buddy with Windows XP Professional. Install the drive as a slave drive and if everything is OK, you should be able to browse to it in Windows Explorer. These basically involved sitting through observational training while a member of staff showed me how everything worked, but I never actually got the chance to do any of it. So I rang my recruitment consultant at the agency, who had no idea about me being asked to leave and she said she'd get back to me when she'd talked to the boss onsite. Sure enough she called me back 10 minutes later to say that this manager woman was of the opinion that I wasn't suitable for the job and also that I'd been overheard saying things that were inappropriate for an office. I asked for an explanation on both these points and my consultant said she'd already asked what that meant, and the manager refused to give an explanation. I couldn't think why she would believe I was unsuitable for the role, given that I never got to do anything, just sat and watched someone else working! Also, considering I was too busy concentrating on this to make much smalltalk apart from asking my trainer questions and introducing myself when asked, I didn't see what I could have said that she thought was inappropriate, unless she was just very easily offended, which she hadn't seemed to be. So I decided to call her myself, just in case there was a confidentiality issue or something which meant she could give me the details and not the agency. I rang the company, got put through to the manager herself, and politely explained that I just wanted to know what she meant so that I could avoid making the same mistakes in my next job. All she would say was that I just wasn't suitable, to which I pointed out that this had been established, but how was I unsuitable? She refused point blank to give me an example, so I then asked for an example of inappropriate remarks. Again, she wouldn't tell me anything on the grounds that it was the agency who were employing me, not her. I wouldn't have thought this would make a difference if I really had done something wrong - she was still my onsite supervisor so she should make me aware of any ****-ups! I pointed out that I had asked the agency for her "feedback" and she had refused to tell them what she meant. She said it wasn't her problem. We went round in circles like this for 5 or 10 minutes until I realised this stupid cow was swallowing up my credit. I sarcastically asked her if maybe she didn't want me to improve myself and was she so conservative in her beliefs that she thinks anyone who screws up at work should be haunted by it for the rest of their life and not get another job? She lost her temper with me then and hung up, clearly not used to us 2nd cl citizens, sorry I mean temps, ringing her directly, let alone challenging her bullshit. I don't think I did do anything wrong, I just suspect my face didn't fit and she made stuff up as an excuse to fire me, but surely that's illegal? And if she's accusing me of something, shouldn't she be made to back it up? While I don't actually care if the boss likes me or not, it's not ethical to let it affect her professional decisions. Ironically it's usually hypocrites like that who preach the longest and loudest about work ethics this, leave personal problems at the door that. Can I sue for slander/character defamation?
