What is the difference between anaphase of mitosis and anaphase II of Meiosis II?

in anaphase the chromosomes will divide at the centromere,but in case of anaphase II the chromosomes themselves are shared. so,the daughter cells after meosis II will get half the chromosomes of the parent cells
