Does my guinea pig have allergies?

My guinea pigs eyes always look really watery. they were even bleeding on the bottom a little bit 2 times. she sneezes more than the other guinea pig she lives with but not too often. the other guinea pig seems perefctly fine. i give them hay every other day, they have a fleece hammock in their cage and they have carefresh bedding in their cage. The other guinea pig she lives with is an abbyssian guinea pig so she has alot of fur. could she be allergic to the other guinea pig or anything in their cage??
