Giving a presentation tomarrow!!!?

Okay, i'm giving a presentation on youth crime (the most boring and statistical topic ever) and i'm getting sooo nervous! I just practiced at home and found I had sweat right through my clothes, and this wasn't even in front of people. I am Really nervous and shy. Does anyone have any suggestions on giving presentations?
