My mom is always critiscizing my parenting skills ?

It makes me really angry. I could criticize her parenting skills but I don't. I live with her and my 2 brothers and my 5 yr old kid. She's constantly undermining me and telling me that I'm too soft etc. I am close with my mom but she is always telling me how I should parent and sometimes I don't even get a look in. I'm also excpected to look after my brothers a lot. They have no respect for me which is just uncessary stress for me to deal with. And I can't move out because I dont want to waste money paying rent as I don't earn a lot as it is and even though she is interfering , it helps to have help. What should I do ?
