Is Estamax similar to Viagra?

I asked this once but let me be more straight up. I've had problems ever since a scope on February 12, 2010. Was just wondering if Estamax would be similar to Viagra; as in getting and maintaining s and having more powerful s? Also, does anyone have any other over the counter dietary supplements or pills with results similar to Viagra?
