I WANT TO GET AN APARTMENT;BUT WHAT WILL THE LANDLORD ASK FOR?

im 17,already graduated from high school,my cousin is 18 and we want to find an apartment;but arent sure what information the landlord will need. .We may need a co-signer but other than that everything else is covered
