My puppy has parvo is she ok?

She started since last night i took her to the Emergency's today in the morning. They gave her some antibiotic's a shot and stuff to help her out since i couldn't pay for her to stay there so i brought her home. She hasnt puked or had diarrhea every since. Ive been feeding her Boiled chicken and rice every 2 hour's while giving her Pedialyte. She was playing like an hour ago. But all of a sudden isn't any more and is just laying down asleep. Should i get worried even though she's been eating well and hasnt been puking or anything?
