Why am I so scared of getting close to this "nice guy" after years of being messed around?

I know the guy side of this, as I have dated women like you after my divorce (same age as you by the way). A woman like you usually breaks it off with a guy like me because you always have something in the back of your mind telling you that "he is cheating/lying/etc." Good luck...
