Does this sound corny?? should i do it??

tomorrow is my last day of school, and i really like this 7th grader. im in 8th. so after today, i wont see him in school for a whole year. tomorrow morning before homeroom, should i slip him a note saying "keep in touch" and my phone number? because i want to go out with him and he likes me back. im sure of it. i mean, i want to go out with him before i go on vacation for the whole summer. Please help?!?!
