Ive never made out before, but i really want to. how do i let guys know i want to so it'll happen already?

I'm 16 and still haven't hu. the thing is, it really isn't that odd for my school / community, because it's very religious. still everybody is always asking me why i'm so prude, and why i haven't done anything yet and i guess it's because i never really put myself out there. well now i really want to... but idk how. i go to parties and everything, but i don't know how to let guys know i want to hu without being so obvious/desperate
